Feathers Galore

This season, we are loving the feather earrings.  But a lot of people come to the store uncertain about how they're worn.  What are the Dos and Donts when it comes to wearing feathers.

Normally when wearing short feather earrings, you can wear the pair together.  Short feather earrings come in a wide assortment of colors and sizes.  The really nice thing about these earrings is that they are very light weight.

For a more bohemian look go with more basic colors such as black, white, browns, or yellows.  For the bohemian look you want the feathers to look as natural as possible.


For a fun summery look, try bold colors such as blues, pinks, oranges and greens.  The bright colors will really pop and can brighten up any outfit.  A pair of short feather earrings costs only $20.

Don't be afraid to play around with color when it comes to feather earrings.  


When wearing long feather earrings, the trend is to wear only one earring.  Some people wear the long feather earring with a mismatched shorter, simpler earring.  Some people wear the long feather earring on its own.  And others wear both of the long earrings.  It's really a matter of preference.
